Responsibilities and functions:

1. Maintenance and implementation of quality management system:

    Lead and manage the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with relevant quality management system standards such as ISO 9001;

    Develop and update quality manuals, procedural documents, and work instructions to ensure that all staff understand and comply with quality policies and processes.


2. Production quality control and improvement:

    Design, develop, and execute a Production Process Control Plan (PCP), including Process Capability Analysis (CPK), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Six Sigma methodology, to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer requirements;

    Participate in the analysis and resolution of quality issues at the production site, using tools such as 8D reports, root cause analysis (RCA), and failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA).


3. Supply chain quality management:

    Manage and monitor the quality performance of suppliers, develop and implement supplier evaluation, audit, and improvement plans;

    Coordinate cooperation with suppliers to ensure that all raw materials and components entering the company's production line meet quality requirements, and provide quality assurance documents.


4. Quality data analysis and reporting:

    Collect, analyze, and report key quality indicators (KPIs), including defect rate, return rate, first piece pass rate, etc., and provide real-time and regular quality reports to management and relevant departments;

    Using data-driven methods, identify potential quality issues and improvement opportunities, and develop corresponding action plans.


5. Quality training and support:

    Design and provide internal quality training, including quality awareness training, training on process improvement methods and tools;

    Assist in establishing and maintaining a culture of employee quality awareness and participation in quality improvement activities.


6. Customer Quality Support:

    Handle and respond to customer quality complaints and issues, maintain customer satisfaction and brand reputation through effective communication and solutions;

    Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure understanding and meeting customer quality needs and expectations.


Job requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related fields;

2. At least 5 years of quality engineering experience in electronic manufacturing or related industries, with priority given to those with experience in implementing ISO quality management systems;

3. Proficient in quality tools and techniques, such as SPC, FMEA, 8D, CPK, etc., with priority given to those with quality engineer certification (such as CQE);

4. Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills, able to identify trends and opportunities from data;

5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with personnel from multiple departments and levels.
