Manage and maintain network equipment in the data center, including switches, routers, firewalls, etc., to ensure the normal operation and performance optimization of the equipment;
Ensure firmware and software updates for network devices, promptly handle device failures and abnormal situations, and ensure continuous network availability.
3. Network security and protection:
Implement network security policies and firewall rules to protect the data center network from unauthorized access, malicious attacks, and data breaches;
Monitor and audit network traffic, promptly identify and respond to security vulnerabilities and attack behaviors.
4. Performance monitoring and optimization:
Configure and maintain a network monitoring system, monitor the performance and status of network devices and connections in real-time, conduct performance analysis and bottleneck localization;
Propose network performance optimization suggestions to ensure that the stability, throughput, and response speed of the network meet business requirements.
5. Fault diagnosis and problem-solving:
Respond to and solve network equipment and connection failures and issues, perform rapid fault diagnosis and repair;
Analyze and record the cause of the malfunction, and propose long-term solutions to prevent similar problems from happening again.
6. Team collaboration and technical support:
Work closely with system administrators, security teams, and other relevant departments to solve technical issues and challenges related to network devices and connections;
Provide necessary training and support to ensure that the team understands and complies with the operating standards and processes of data center network equipment.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, network engineering, or related fields;
2. At least 5 years of work experience as a data center network engineer or related field, with experience in large-scale network architecture design and management;
3. Familiar with data center network equipment and technology, including products from mainstream manufacturers such as switches, routers, firewalls, etc;
4. Possess good knowledge and implementation experience in network security, familiar with firewall configuration and network attack protection;
5. Proficient in network monitoring tools and performance optimization methods, able to quickly respond to and solve network failures;
6. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and communicate with clients;
7. Possess a spirit of teamwork, able to drive network architecture optimization and problem-solving in a fast-paced data center environment.
